WK automotive has been certified to ISO 9001:2000. The ISO 9001:2000 system forms a standard that imposes requirements on the quality management system within an organisation and how the company applies its quality policy. One of the requirements under ISO 9001:2000 is that the company’s quality policy must be set down in writing and communicated to all its employees. The company must have put in place a system to increase client satisfaction, by complying with its clients’ requirements, as well as with the applicable statutory regulations. Furthermore, the company’s operational processes must be set down in writing in the form of a quality handbook and the company’s everyday working practices must also comply with the established processes.
