WK automotive currently employs over 35 full-time staff, with an average age of 34. Our staff are selected on the basis of their motivation. What they all, including the directors, have in common is a passion for cars and motorcycles. What sets our staff apart is their drive, their specialist knowledge, their specific interest in translation processes and the use of computer-assisted translation tools. Our staff are true brand specialists when it comes to cars and motorcycles, and were either trained in motor vehicle technology or graduated from university in a variety of language combinations, having specialised in technology. Our team also includes experienced former workshop managers as in-house translators, as well as DTP and graphics specialists with experience in handling automotive documentation. They are supported by talented organisational and project managers, IT programmers and IT process developers, automation/CMS experts, standards experts for automotive documentation and experts in ISO certification.
