The organisation

As a company, WK automotive is characterised by its open and honest culture and its staff aim to uphold this in their day-to-day activities. The fact that the company has a flat structure with short lines of communication means that the management is also involved in the work undertaken on the ground and leads the team from the front. The directors of WK automotive also have an extremely close involvement in all work that is delivered to our clients. Quality checking of translations is also carried out in part by the directors, who are also responsible for all of the company's invoicing. Decisions can be taken rapidly and contact between directors and staff is both extensive and personal, and is based upon standards and values. The company's flat structure means that everyone communicates with one another on an equal footing. The open-plan layout of the offices also provides clear evidence of this. Employees are also involved in the running of our company. All employees have their say as to how the company is run and this only serves to enhance the commitment of the employees. Our employees regard WK automotive as “OUR” company. Direct contact between our staff and clients also enables our staff to gain a broader perspective of the work they undertake. The enhancement of mutual understanding also plays an important role. We are always going the extra mile in order to achieve a good product and maintain a good relationship with our clients. If our people grow, then WK and its performance will also grow.
